Status QUO: Really halts your Growth. When did being stuck in a box ever help the evolution, betterment, and upliftment of anything/one?
Sometimes I wonder if I should come with a disclaimer, for some people. I was thinking this today while in Mexico, reflecting on a superficial message I received.
I am often thought of by majority as unusual, from my alternate perspectives, original ideas, and status quo smashing approaches to life and it’s ups and downs.
I personally love and seek out the unusual and unknown and celebrate the absurd and sometimes uncomfortable parts of life. This can lead to closer friendships and people feeling comfortable to be themselves around me, or people being awkward as they don’t know how to take my outspoken and kooky way of being.
Aquarius has a huge impact on my personality, being my sun sign, known for its original and delightfully out-thereish behaviors. I love being me, I love sharing in this archetypes energy and fun, it really makes life magical, interesting and intriguing.
Some people find me entertaining, as I find myself, and the varied perspectives and projections of others, along with their intricate layers and uniqueness.
I can also be found as overbearing, and I can understand, how a shy person might relate to the world and feeling only safe when things are calm and can be predicted. Masks and Emotions: It is so easy to wear one of many “Masks”, to be accepted by the outside world, the mainstream and the greater group of people out there telling us what is acceptable to be loved and safe, but once you take off the masks, all of them, it can be so liberating and be freeing. We become more US, more whole and more in our Divinity. In a stable and balanced way, which nothing can take from us.
So many emotions we mask, to not bother others, to feel worthy and to try to always be OK, to know what is going on and not be seen as weak, vulnerable and needy, the TRUTH is as we suppress, things build up and eventually the volcano erupts and we feel helpless as to what part of us we will share and how much comes out.

Being a WOMAN:
*Note, it has been a long time since I have written like this and the time has come, for a lot that has been integrated to be let free.
In this world we live in being either gender can be challenging, there is massive controls, manipulation, and suppression all around, but for part of the separation of the gender, the power and patriarchal institutions for women, it can be a very rough ride.
I want to share with you the harsh truth and the amazing future we are thriving into, for the success of those courageous and amazing women who went before us.
When I was a little girl, I was very sensitive, the fighting in my family really hit me deep, I really struggled to push things under the rug, and move on from arguments, disrespect, and abuse, like most of my siblings, did. Now don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a victim story, for me or for women.
My mum was an amazing example of strength, she was a brave brave woman, giving birth to 6 children, then becoming single while pregnant with 5 when I was only 4. My mum was amazing, but for all these kids, low income, no financial aid from my dad, out of fear and pride, and continued abuse thrown at her after this, from his perspective of a hurt child being abandoned, when he was naughty – physical and emotional abuse, unconscious wounds from his youth and upbringing – he couldn’t see the results and impact his reactions had on my mum or us and effectively the connection and added challenge on both, as well as on his own life. But this story is one like many, from the archetypal play of his -story, that has been playing out for a very long time, longer than most will allow themselves to believe. The sad thing is, all in this story are hurt, and suffering, doing their best, especially the little girl at four, falling off the swing and hurting herself, and going to cry and her mum looking at her from a distance and staring, but not moving or expressing what is going on, in this child’s mind, she is on her own now……..
Many things occur when we are young, things which affect us, most of us unconsciously our whole lives, story; his or hers, playing out again and again, through ancestors like a curse. Sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, usually being silenced, mostly the women, because, in our society, the feminine is weak and should not be heard, she should be submissive. But this is all changing, each day more and more women and men, speak up of the results in their reality of the wrongs being done in this world, because of the ego-driven, thinking priority conscious masses, who have been put in a trap, a reoccurring hell to some.
I could say #metoo, yes, as a child – memories suppressed from the boy next store touching me and than someone seeing and the guilt of society being forced into that child, like they are bad, they did something wrong – as an adult – leaving my body, after he didn’t stop when I said no many times, he didn’t even think he did anything wrong, like I owed him. – it’s ingrained deep, the game of duality, or suppress the goddess, the wisdom, the darkness, the power of the womb, they say she is weak, but they also fear her, truth and her power, if she ever realizes it and how it will affect them, their actions, behavior and oh how they might have to wake up and actually change.
But this isn’t for me, this is for the feminine everywhere. Now at nearly 30 years of age, after again putting the boy first, flying halfway across the world, to be with someone, who I never met, but my intuition guided me here. For what? After a few months in separate rooms, the same story playing out again. Is His-story? Her-story? My story or yours? Is it any different? until we release these stories, send them love, share them with pride for the courage we have to be here, to go through the challenges, the pain and find the peace and light through the torture and darkness, that love usually gets us into. But is that really love? At first, it always feels like love, you open your heart, feel the potential, feel the excitement, even as a conscious person, knowing you have done many years of self-love and inner work, could you finally be done with all the abuse, unhealthy relationships, and karma? and then, the same ancestral story, he closes off, he rejects you, as he rejects himself, and his inner god and goddess, the power of love, if real, is not for the faint of heart. The light will shine on your shadows, and most of us, tend to run from our shadows.
The signs of true love are all there, telepathy, synchronicity, deep love, care and desire to be united as one, you want the same things, you have had the same experiences, you feel so connected, and then……… The truth comes out, you are too this, or too that, and all the self-sabotage comes to the surface, for both of you, you clash, and even when you have come to some space, integration, and peace, there is still something missing. You go back to loving self, as a woman, who puts nurturing others first. As the mother sex, the birthing, main caregiving archetype. you have so much love, naturally you want to give it, but when that person is closed off afraid, in judgement and hurting, they have nothing to give you but their pain, which looks like all the reasons why you are not good enough, even if they really love you and want to be with you deep down. But this is the typical story. Sometimes, this plays out with the guy over giving and a hurt girl who can’t trust, who takes to feel healed and full, and never feels enough, and feels they have nothing to give and closes off their heart, their life force and their potential for true intimacy and union.
Now I am sure most of you have been heartbroken before, most of us associate love with pain, so we are closed, and then when the little love and attention shows up and we open a bit, we get addicted, burn it out, and get stuck in lust or fantasies of perfect and forever, to be hurt, betrayed or hit with the reality of how little we know how to honor and respect ourselves, as we haven’t often been taught to do this by anyone. And the cycle continues.
As I reflect over my much needed time in a room, to myself, in the nurturing country of Mexico, I move over these stories, of abandonment, rejection, abuse, and pain, I wonder what would happen, if me opening my heart wasn’t attached to my perspective or desire and attachment for someone else to behave a certain way for me to be the loving person we naturally can be, all the time, starting with self. It is easy to create stories about how our pain is because of an outside force, someone else, something else, but us, but the truth is, when we close our heart off, which is a choice, we close off the wisdom the connection and our bliss, we close of the connection to mother nature, to our inner goddess and out true potential for happiness and real love.
I know it can be challenging to forgive, to stop blaming outside forces for these pains and feelings of not being safe inside us, but the pain is not from opening our hearts, it’s from expecting anyone else to be completely healed and healthy all the time, and are prepared to know how to treat us, better than we often treat ourselves. I see in my divine mirror the hurt and rejection of self, the way he negatively judges his body, not living up to the expectations of society, taking on the karmic pattern of his father, being judgmental of women and their bodies, feeling disconnected from his divine inner goddess, as his dad judged his mum, and other women, from the programming he too received, as he then takes off the ancestral karma, being focused and stuck in the five senses of this 3d plane, when we really are multidimensional beings. As my dad judged my mums body, and physically hurt her from his pain, as I have seen in my great great grandfather doing the same to my great great grandmother, as my beloved soul mirror, tries to point out to me that my face doesn’t look how he wants it too and how the photos I take of myself are misleading to the other angles of how I look in his eyes, crying out for love, and to open his heart, as he throws nasty words of judgement and shame onto me, from his wounded inner child, and what it was told……
But NOW, we can see it, we can see the patterns, the stories. The past, the future need not look so dull, sharp and harsh. We can choose to open our hearts, to forgive, to have compassion, as a women, we can be the leader, we can open to the goddess first, speak our truth, out the victim in us and rise into our natural state of freedom, and into our inner unity with the divine in our hearts. The choice is yours, I see you, I hear you, I love you, I honor you, I thank you, for being here, to help clear this mess up, clean our smudged view and create the new path for our future and our children and theirs.

You lay there, lump in your throat. Wanting to cry. Your soul leaving, the body. He is looking at, your body. But he doesn't see, you. Eyes full of want. For a taste, he thinks he deserves. A taking, he thinks is his, right. You said no, he doesn't, hear a word you, say. Feeling trapped, abused. Left to decay, No words, can escape, to share this, twisted experience. How could you, let this happen. Why did you, attract this? Don't you love yourself? They tell you, they like you. You are beautiful. You want to believe, them. If you aren't, what is your use? Being a women, if not to be used? To be treated, as a toy, for their wants, needs and desires. The gentleness, the love gone. True, care and devotion. She is not adored. What went so wrong. Don't they know her power? Or do they want to, use it for them self? Her portal, to other realms. Taken from her. She does not, deserve pleasure. That is for them? The feminine, the creator of life, the birth giver. She is getting, enraged. Ready to claim, her rightful place. But with love, with compassion. For those suffering, cutting off their love. Harming out of program. They harm themselves too. They hate themselves. Their thoughts, keep them trapped. The cycle will end, oh don't you worry. She is waking up. Her power will, not be taken. Her voice silenced, no more. No need to be ready, Her power, to be reborn. In every women, and those noble men. Brave enough to, explore, the other part of self. Wrongfully suppressed. Our true divine nature.You are ready. The road back, to inner harmony. The time is now, ready, to break free. The goddess, in you and, the goddess in me. – You learn how to plan in flow and be flexible.

Would you think you could make money from hitch hiking?
In the last 3 months alone I have been given over $100 combined, by multiple angels and I have been given a phone and food as well, I’ve been offered tents, had meals bought for me and offered places to stay. Usually all by answering the questions I was asked and people wishing me well on my travels and journey.
This is an example of being in a place of gratitude, trust and allowing of support.
Never once did I ask. I had my hand out for a lift and all else was offered. Being humble and grateful for the support to get to where I was going.
There are so many good people in this world (especially in Kauai), you begin to feel and see the goodness, when fear is released and observed without attachment.
It’s not the quickest way to travel and in the rain can be more of a challenge, however I feel so honored and grateful for the experience and the blessings and wisdom it has taught me, as well as the opportunity to grow myself.

The Spider and the Moon: Ceremony/Tips on Signs
11th March, The Full moon in Kauai is very powerful tonight, it is a Virgo moon (the Corn Mother), I have had many signs come forth today, a day of highs and lows, some confronting times and some of inner peace and release.
The amplification of the energies on earth right NOW, to shed, purge, heal and release and rise, are at an all-time high, I feel especially in Kauai and the Hawaiian Islands. A few months back I was told that Kauai is the place on earth that souls enter and exit, this rung true and resonated with me. My recent experiences with life’s and death’s, and connecting to the deceased of those who have crossed my path and babies not yet born, it has brought such an array of colors and variety to life’s difficulties and treasures.
The spider visited me many times today and I feel it quite divine, my message to write, if I haven’t creatively for some time. The animals all around us giving such meaning, wisdom and guidance to life; our physical guides and messengers of mother nature, all connected very strongly to the collective field, unaware of the separation we are under the illusion of. I want to offer a show of respect to the spider and the moon, to offer up delight and wonder for all those lives they have touched and shifted. For we are all connected and the blessed ones we who feel this.
The messages are coming through very loudly as the higher 5th dimensional energies ground more into GAIA: Article’s about this;
So I write under the full moon of tonight, in the sacred space of Kauai, in the humble shared home of a shaman, who has just blessed me with the touch of an eagle feather. The message of the eagle is for journey and wisdom on the path, a full spin back to one of my favourite places in Australia, just before I left to embark on this trip across the world, to have a greater understanding of Unity. I was on a couch with a blanket thrown over the side, with an image of an eagle on it, oblivious to this until I was streaming live on facebook, sharing and explaining the meanings of our spirit animals, preparing for my trip to the United States. Over 5 months ago now, seems like yesterday, I have felt at home at so many places, but here tonight under this full moon, I have never felt more at home, in this humble shack, with family of sweet and pure Nicolle (so psychic and full of courage), Megeso (Eagle) so wise and gentle (shaman with an amazing vision for global peace, sovereignty and balance) and Dylan with his magical eyes and generous and protective soul (surely a starship captain and king from interstellar, related with me I sense so deep).

As I sit in this space of magic and wonder, Megeso plays a flute and hums in the background, the power of the music, the releasing and healing, the freedom and expansion. Tonight, I was bought and made dinner by Dylan before he left to meditate on the beach. I have been so blessed and touched by the profound support, love and acceptance in this space, this place is marvelous and surreal. I wonder how will I ever leave, I trust and know when flow guides me to even more trust and knowing of the energy I will always have within and take with me wherever I go.
I reflect on the magnetic pull, the calling to release, I shed some tears today, for deep within called to be shed and release, old pains and new beginnings, as my angel cards foretold, not 20 minutes ago Megeso repeated the words of the angels from the cards this morning “You are stronger than you realize”, this rung loud in my soul. The strength mentioned was within gentleness, surrender and allowing, in contrast to our common cultured strength is harsh and hard. I resound through my being, to sit and be in gentle bliss, I call to release all that is unaligned to this.
In writing earlier I shared for myself to be conscious and intent on what I wish to release this full moon and what I wish to receive, in common practice, new moon is about release and full moon is about receive, but something guided me to do both as all the energies uniting are coming out of the duality and division.

I have some simple tips on reading the signs around you and how to use them for clarity and guidance on your path:
- What words and names show up a lot? – could you look into their meaning; how would that relate to your need or prayer or thoughts right now?
- What animals do you see most? What qualities do they hold? What medicine do they have for you?
- Be conscious of the connections seemingly non related. What could they mean?
- How are your feelings physical and emotional giving messages and wisdom of something deeper?
- Right a dream journal and set the intention to remember your dreams and sit In retrieval to right them down when you wake up, or record your voice explaining them. (Above link on Dream Therapy is Great)
- Listen to the things people say around you, especially those strangers you don’t know. Often SPIRIT works through those around you even if they are unconscious of it, we all have god within us.

Your birth is that first step…
After many beautiful sunrises and sunsets all over the world and full moon magic so many places.
(Dating back to December) From the beautiful town of Rosarito Mexico (country number 12 in 2 years) I offer a journey of my own, from only 2 years, as it has been the fullest experiences of my life, for I take that step out of bed each day, with the intent to be my best and live life to the fullest.
There was a time a few years back where I was tired, sick, depressed, anxious and lonely…..at both 10 and 17 I attempted to end my life.
I was grateful, I was opening and surrendering to my purpose, I would give all of my self and was slowly cracking open to a new world, a new life and a new being, like the phoenix rising from the ashes….. My intuition began to grow, in some intense ways, from hearing others thoughts to seeing premonitions.
My mother was sick with cancer and I had a full-time job, achieving all the things I had thought I was meant to, single though with no time for love or my nurture being met, in debt, with no supportive person in sight, many nights I cried myself to sleep, praying for guidance. One day, enough was enough, I made a promise to myself, that each day I would live life as though it was a dream, to face fear head on and follow my heart. This day was the turning point and all else became magic, even in the challenges.
Through this time I was a boss, a worker, a business owner….
I became a speaker, and spoke all over the world, my truth and passion, to different crowds of people, from poetry of the heart to channeled messages from the stars and tips and lessons for growth and authenticity.
I have been called a liar, a fraud, a bad friend, fat, ugly, hated, an attention seeker and much more horrible names, all which I have forgiven. I always aspired to be honest and the best self I could be, growing up I was told I was too nice, but continued to move and act in service and love to my best awareness. For words can cut so deep, at times I believed these pains of others as my own, until I realized we all hold our own truth and universe to create and share.
I have lost so many friends, been kicked out by family, had some really harsh and nasty things happen to me, even in my youth, I have been beaten, as an adult sexually abused and much more. But none of this makes my choices and decides my destiny or my worth.
I have been so blessed and gifted with the experiences I have had.
Shortly after my dear mother passed I set out on a journey, later to be known as the philosophers path, money showed up at the last minute to make this dream a reality, each night I went to bed and looked at my vision board, seeing and feeling my travels all over the world a reality and knowing in my heart of hearts I would be rewarded for all the nights I had suffered and still faced each day with new hope, respect and service. I had since quit my full time job, after my mother passed, after suffering exhaustion and severe hormonal imbalance from a long time of neglecting what my body was calling for, love, kindness, gentleness and peace. There was some misunderstandings and my leadership and innovation did not suit the norms of a huge corporate business, even one that was created on ethical principles.
I am not going to share every step along this journey for I know you have your own stories and experiences of magic and hardship, but some details I am guided to share.
I had the common childhood of a middle child, in a big family with catholic parents, so my indoctrination into systems and all the do’s and don’ts in life was deep. This caused so much guilt and anxiety through puberty and feelings of unworthiness and being bad.
Since my mother’s passing 2 years ago and my commitment to live each day to the fullest I have lived many of my long time dreams in only 2 years:
Climbed many mountains and visited many magical beach’s, became a motorbike rider, I learned to surf, I got to go skydiving, walk on hot coals. be surrounded by 1000’s of dolphins in the middle of the ocean, paragliding next to the Himalayas, ride a camel from the Great Pyramids to the Sphinx in Egypt, See the Taj Mahal in India, Witness some of the greats of Europe – Leaning tower of Pisa, Colosseum (dangled my feet off the edge) and the Vatican, volunteered in India and spent time in half the states of North America and Most states of Australia, I have been on motorbikes in India, Nepal, Australia, Italy and Watched the sunrise in Uluru one of the most sacred lands and sights in Australia after hitch hiking across the country, visited so many sacred sites, been part of a prayer ceremony in North Dakota and on the Ganges in India, been to the birthplace of Buddha and tracked the Sacred lands of Sedona Arizona, walked along Hollywood walk of fame and many other places and not to mention all the amazing and magical food I have tasted.
I started writing many novels (Traveller Destiny – Destinies Journey to name a few (Details on release here) and wrote in my 3 blogs and publishing poetry, expanding my business and building an amazing team, collaborating with some outstanding way showers and soul family and learning from some brilliant children.
I have seen the likes of Oprah, Hugh Jackman and Stevie Wonder live on stage, shared ceremonies and rituals with shamans and chiefs, shared stories and music with elders of different countries.
I have met, pixies, wizards, angels, ET’s, sages, shamanes, chiefs, unicorns, dolphins (in human form), mystics and so many magical and wise beings, all whom have taught me so much.
I have held my passing mother in my arms and watched her pass on, I have cried until I nearly threw up, held babies so small in awe of their magic, held hurt and dying animals close with love and comfort, stood naked in front of many and bared my soul to be seen, I have peed my pants, fallen and broke down, screamed and yelled, hurt myself in frustration, crashed my car, lost parts of my mind, thought I was going to die from not being able to breathe, been in hospital nearly dying and more wins and wounds, I have laughed, cried, sang and danced to my hearts content all over the world, without any apologies.
I have opened myself up so much to be seen, to be hurt, to be loved, and to love myself and others so deeply, I have been very deeply heart broken and feel the pains of those close and far. I have loved so deep it hurt oh so many times, I have been rejected by those I would give my life for, been shut out and shunned.
I have protested for human rights, indigenous rights, animal rights and the land we live on and it’s water, I have stood on the streets for anyone in need of a hug, an ear to listen, someone to care, I have given shirts off my back, blankets and food to the homeless. I surrendered most of my physical possessions and became a gypsy following the call of spirit and being grounded in the NOW.
I have watched the homeless cry and children beg for money, I have slept on the streets on numerous occasions with love and gratitude in my heart. I have held many people through grief, listened and cared when they hurt and shared their pains and challenges with me, trusting me to be strong, to be compassionate.
I had much inner healing, both self and external, from reiki, angel healing, shadow healing, dream therapy, coaching, past life regression, oracle and psychic readings, mind shift work, crystals, gongs, medicine drums and other sound healing, chakra balancing, many meditations on forgiveness and self love, used affirmations and guided meditations and more.
I have been to many seminars and workshops on business, success, life, public speaking, presentations and much more, been to spiritual retreats and had visions of so much deep in meditation and through yoga practices, mudras and chanting.
I opened up my spiritual channels to be a voice for the earth and her children, to channel books, poetry, oracle cards, festivals, documentaries and more.
I have spent months at a time in confinement studying health and wellbeing, philosophy and philosophers, ancient teachings and history, scriptures, religions, crystals, healing and many 100’s of educational books, on business, relationships, personal development and spirituality, also videos, articles and live presentations. With certified study in healing, coaching and many other modalities.
Many jobs as a writer, an assistant, a sales manager, a trainer, a psychic, an oracle, a counselor, a healer and more, as well as being on many radio shows and video interviews for multiple projects.
I have learned to love so deeply, share myself in truth and rawness, without fear of acceptance, hate, judgement or abandonment, in person and online, to so many. I have met the truest and deepest of loves, bonds so deep, magical and unexplainable from other worlds.
I feel I have lived a full life in only two short years of this life. I am so grateful and honored for the 1000’s of souls I have met, shared with, call family, friends and more, for those no longer in my life who I think of very much and those who only crossed my path briefly.
I found my Soul, My Souls Name, My Soul’s Destiny and I found My connection to Spirit/God/Source/Prime Creator.
Through all this the one thing that still scares me the most is being open and vulnerable to be rejected by the ones I love the most, to find such deep within myself to not fear or worry for any needed external. Very rarely in my life do I ever ask for help or will I call a friend in tears, I am often the one called for a shoulder, an ear, a kind word, encouragement and love. For this I go within, to god, christ, the divinity I know we all have within us and always will. This has been a catalyst for some of my greatest transformations and channelings.
I would never give up a single second of this life and experiences no matter how painful, challenging or hard it seemed in those really bad times and to receive the gift of the perseverance and to remain with a kind heart and smile on my face, for me and for those watching who are also suffering and wanting to know it gets better and it does.
I am no different from you, from all of this joy, pain, happiness, sadness and more I have simply learnt we are all beautiful, we are all worthy and powerful, we are all unique and brilliant, we are all seeking our inner truths, love, acceptance and place in this world.
I have become and let go of many selves, real and false over the last 24 months, shed so much, stories, pain, parallel lives, shadows, entity attachments, ego parts, integrated much of my masculine and feminine, old beliefs and programs and still so much more to release.
I love you so much, more than words can express and from all my experiences the ones that are dearest to me are when I drop my guard and be seen, as real, as raw, as human and beyond human, when I see the light in me and others, to do anything and be free, to be a light, to rise above adversity and follow our bliss, to share some extraordinary experiences with people all over the world.
From the desert to the country, the beaches to the city in many roles I played, many sizes in clothes, many hair styles and colors, many places and faces, many views and opinions, many costumes and pretends and play:
“I Am that I Am” No more and No less than each and every single being in this amazing universe.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you, no matter who you are or where you are, I honor your path, your experience, and purpose and say let your dreams manifest, you are more than worthy.

My Top 5 Tips to Life/Achieving your dreams:
I write 3 blogs, with over 5 projects on the go at once, from several books in writing, documentaries, different festivals/events, main business with Workshops/Online programs and Services, collaborations.
As well as: share videos, free content, I am always thinking, planning and working towards being my best and creating a better extension of myself in the world. All while often being a gypsy or travelling the world. From being so over active mentally and sometimes with little resources and minimal time to get everything done alone. I have fallen back on these tips so many times to keep me going.
My Top 5 Tips
1. Believe in your self/Know thy Self/Integrate all, including shadow aspects..
Knowing yourself, your shadow aspects, your strength and weaknesses is a huge benefit to become your fullest potential. When we understand ourselves, our needs and desires, we have a bench mark of what we create and what comes into our lives. Using tools and resources and delegation to others with the things that are our weaknesses, or seeking a mentor to change our minds and way we think and act, that creates these blocks and challenges within us. Like a fear of heights we can overcome our short comings by loving them, facing them and having a plan to overcome and limit their negative affects on us. Learning about our shadow aspects, helps us to integrate different parts of self and become much more aware of what we create in our reality, what we avoid and what we give our power and energy away to.

2. Let go of what doesn’t serve you/including beliefs/ know when to let go/start with comparison and judgement.
While we hold on to things we become stuck and stagnant, feeling like we don’t know what to do and how to move forward, we can create road blocks and self sabotage to create the proof of a belief or thought we hold. The universal energy does not decide if something feels good or bad to you, it will give you what you energetically ask for. So judgement of yourself or others will create that situation to keep judging and not liking and that feeling of dislike can keep growing and attracting more of that to you. When we judge we separate ourselves and say we are better or we are worse, comparison can be our worst nightmare. We can compare until the cows come home haha, but really we are who we are meant to and I beleive we choose our vessel and our strengths and weaknesses, by our name and date of birth, as a soul before incarnation, for the purpose of guiding us to understanding things, in our state of amnesia when we are born. Having a regular cord cutting and releasing ceremony, with a letter and/or to do list of what to let go of and sometimes a burning ceremony, is so important to identify and have the intention to let go of those things holding us back, from our divine purpose, fulfilment and happiness.
What can you let go of?

3. Transform your words and your mind/ your words reflect your thoughts and your thought create your reality/view of reality.
“I AM that I AM” (from the Bible -Abraham)
“I Am that I Am is the common English translation of the response God used in the Hebrew Bible when Moses asked for his name. It is one of the most famous verses in the Torah.”
– Powerful words, anything you put next to them creates what you become, by your command to your mind and the extended mind, this is one of my favourite topics to speak about. Words are an extension of your thoughts and your thoughts are what command your reality, hence why people use words and thoughts for prayer and affirmations. After I learnt this lesson and started shifting my mind, words and also the vibration and intention behind them, it gave my life a hint of magic and things transformed. Relating to tip 1 of your self knowing and awareness, these go hand in hand, when you know yourself, shadows and words and thoughts, you begin to hold the power to change them.
I encourage you do to a test, so catch your self out with 5 words you would say after “I AM”, if it is something not desired or not nice about you or someone else, than change it to the best thing you can think of and continue to do this with 5 words on going. I am curious to see what it changes in your life. Please comment and let me know.
GOD is the WORD and the WORD is GOD
If god (almighty and ,) and his words and any word hold his power, and we are made in his image, than by golly we hold the power in our words. So use them for the best of yourself and others. This is one of the most important things to change for getting what you want in your life and also a tool to see what you are thinking and how this is creating a feeling, desired or other wise. With this knowledge and grown awareness and experience of this, the limits are non existent. Our words do really affect our perspective, ability of what we see and experience and how we can also affect others.
4. Allow balance in giving and receiving/allow yourself to receive/be grateful and be generous where ever you can.
“What you sow you shall reap” – Galatians 6:7
Balance is the key to so much of life, fulfilment, it is something that takes a long time, experience and dedication to change in order to find, the stable ebb and flow we all desire. To feel grounded and supported but to also have movement and surrender to the changes of life. I have had very many ups and downs as we all have and I NOW am very grateful for the experience to learn the above tip of letting go, and surrendering to the cycles and flow of life, to help find balance, learn lessons of usefulness and fulfilment and I feel blessed to have had the wonderful experiences I have had.
Balance is really about learning the middle path through both poles of duality, find a curious understanding for the reason and sometimes need for both sides, but choosing to remain in the centre. I went from one extreme to the other, often telling people it was to find my centre. Although that has helped greatly, I also realised I was addicted to the extremes. Until I decided this did not always serve me, my path or the goal I desired. So it’s really about choices, awareness and commitment to those things that allow you to feel balanced, centred and at peace, for these tools, different for many are the building blocks for consistent growth and for not letting the storm in life to cause a ship wreck of things. Although it is in these ship wrecks in life we can become humbled and find even greater truths and gems, sometimes it can be needed to propel us forward again and to give a clean slate for healing and rising higher.

“What is it that decides what you give? What are you happy to give without expecting in return? Do you allow yourself to receive from others? Help? Guidance? Love and more?
As I travel around the world, as I surrender some of my knowing and stability to journeying and trusting my path, things are both simple and at times complicated. Even those I have helped so much, often have appeared to struggle to want to give back and help when I have been in much need (although this is from an inner story and reflection). This really got me thinking what leads us to give, be generous or help someone in need?
Is it different for each of us? – I believe we can be to concerned with what is ours and what is others and draw big lines about what we want to share of ourselves, this can create massive separation, and also it can cause us some guilt. We can always share and give more and we will always have more given to us, their is really and infinite expanse of abundance in the universe if we allow ourselves to receive it and giving to others really feels so good.”
5. Honour yourself in all ways possible/Self Love/ Be Creative/ Move and Nourish your Temple/Boundaries/Express your truth and be authentic.
So these are BIG ones, we might say this is a loaded one with many parts haha so we will split it into A, B and C:
A) Honour yourself in all ways possible;
Ok! so first off, what does honour mean to you? Define this for you before you move on, write a letter to yourself beginning with “I Honour Myself by, ……” and then end it and write something after with “I Honour Myself Because, …..”. A lot of us are not taught or encouraged to give ourselves first and then others honour, we don’t get taught this in school, we get told what to do and to obey what we are told. Honour and respect are similar but different, honour has a sense of reverence and deep love to it. Write a list of ways you are going to honour yourself more regularly and get your LOVE bucket filled. The Self in this also goes back to tip 1, know thyself/beleive in thyself. So you can work in harmony with you.
B) Self Love – Creativity, Move, Nourish your temple and Boundaries;
This one is by far one of the most important lessons I have learned, especially for relationships and growth, for without loving thyself we do not know how to properly love others. This one takes some time to cultivate new practices, to reinvent what your relationships, thoughts/words (as above tip) and actions are and changing negative self beliefs and letting go to find balance (above tips).

To me self love is about removing all the thoughts, feelings, words and actions which are unloving towards ourselves. This is a process, but an extremely important one. When we are unconsciously feeling unworthy and unloved by us or by others, we create sabotage and punishment for ourselves. Leaving us feeling lonely, abandoned and unworthy of the things we deserve and desire. But we have put ourselves there. Yes, our society does not educate us to embrace our individuality, in fact it suppresses our nifty quirks and gifts, all to be the same for a future of feeling enslaved by a system and grabbing at little things to create joy and fulfilment, easily addicted to that little time we feel love, or joy and then when it is gone, we crumble, not having a solid pillar of inner love for us, which is so important for our growth, fulfilment and connections in life.” (if interested in my “Self Love Up’ 21 day online program click above link to other article to sign up)

C) Express your truth and BE authentic;
For me being authentic and honest has been a core value my whole life, but there is a revolution at the moment in business and just in society to step up and be YOU, I have had mantra since my teen years of “Be Real, Be True, Be Honest, Be YOU”, it stuck around with me and got tattooed on my arm. Now I can honestly say, expressing your truth and being an authentic person is 1. really important for close relationships 2. important to be trusted and 3. One of the hardest things in our society to be accepted for doing. With this in mind we are all NOW breaking the mould of our suppressed ancestors. Helping to both heal us and our KARMA but also theirs. So if you are curious, dig a little deeper and ask yourself “How can I speak my truth more and be more authentic today?”

If you are seeking sex as an escape eventually you will have to stop and heal and take responsibility, either through an STD’s, STI’s or pregnancy. I think the old paradigm male/female connection and synthetic and ego relationships needs to be shed, it doesn’t suit most people (hence all the: fights, gender battles, abuse and cheating) but most people don’t question it to create something new.
I now will only enter into a Sacred Soul Union with someone, and only engage in Sacred Sex.
But I now know what I want with clarity.
I couldn’t get it before I knew of the opposite. All my actions will be aligned to only accepting these things into my world as possibilities.
Get Clear, Learn what you don’t want, Labels of the old and common way don’t work for most people.”

Sunrise in Hawaii (Big I) Chinese New Years Eve
So I had sensed I would be here for New Years, I was in Mount Shasta California (Chakra point and energy center of earth), I almost felt myself here in Hawaii, than like magic things flowed and showed up for me to be here just before the Chinese New Year. Transformed Land:
Treasured space,
shared land.
Healing all around.
Chirping Birds,
Buzzing bees.
Swaying Breeze.
Humming Sounds.
The rain falls,
cleansing all our selves.
The waves crash,
full of love.
Plants begin to birth,
fruit of sweetest sense,
Everywhere you go.
Humble Eco homes.
Simplicity of time,
Sacred shapes in harmony.
Dolphins play,
singing freely.
Visions of purest places,
here in this NOW.
We can see peace,
within our hearts.
EART-H,
H-EART,
Know you do,
Your higher YOU.
Stored in deep,
a magic to restore,
we KEEP.
Open the DOORs.

3 Manifesting Wows
1. DREAM BIG:
Our Dreams are thoughts, powerful ones with desire and passion, they hold keys to unlock our life path and purpose. When we let our inner DREAM effect our outer DREAM (“Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, Life is but a dream” 😉 ) it has massive Manifesting potential, when we are in happiness and alignment our vibration attracts what we want fast, based on Law of Attraction. The BIGGER the Dream, the more inspiring and the greater the energy inside to Attract.
“This morning…. I had a dream in a mildly lucid and half-awake state; it was almost a command to me to do something. I was writing and expressing an understanding of something, it was about urging people NOW, to wake up. To realise their innate divinity within and to start coming together in UNITY in any way which they CAN. To express and share my story and message to set a tone and cue for anyone waiting to be given this permission to be brighter and to let their sparkle shine. There was an immense urgency in this dream, it never left when I awoke, thoughts of the pending planetary shifts with Super Moons, Orionid meteor shower and us easing closer to the centre of the galaxy, such tension building for so much, and uploads of energy. It is never been more important to stand in your sovereignty and unity, be you and let your amazing self shine. It is the eve of the Rare Aries Super Moon promising lots of changes. If you are reading this, I know there is an important reason for it.”
2. THINK BIG:
THINKING is a constant and ALL comes from thought, let your thoughts be of ALL that you really want, they create your reality, they create your perspective and they create your perceived challenges, problems and solutions. Be very mindful of your thoughts, choose them consciously and be empowered to know what they are creating AS a CAUSE to an EFFECT. Getting your WORDS and THOUGHTS aligned to your desire, create the means and the material to co create it.
“We all have a mind, the energy of our mental bodies. This place is the beginning of all creation. When we are victims and servants to our mind, we feel helpless to our unconscious habits, patterns and behaviours, humans are naturally creatures of habit, habits in our thoughts become our feelings and then actions and they inevitably become our results. In our life we want the best, so why would we not harness a powerful tool of our own minds to create all that we can think of.

3. LOVE BIG:
LOVE is one of the Highest vibrations, it heals, it expands and it nourishes. When you open your HEART and let the energy circulate through ALL your bodies, energy and physical you have more flow, health and abundance channelling around you. In this flow, you align to the U-in-verse-all (UNIVERSAL) flow and have its support for the natural order and progression of evolution and infinite ABUNDANCE.

When we are unconsciously feeling unworthy and unloved by us or by others, we create sabotage and punishment for ourselves. Yes, our society does not educate us to embrace our individuality, in fact it suppresses our nifty quirks and gifts, all to be the same for a future of feeling enslaved by a system and grabbing at little things to create joy and fulfilment, easily addicted to that little time we feel love, or joy and then when it is gone, we crumble, not having a solid pillar of inner love for us, which is so important for our growth, fulfilment and connections in life.”
