The POWERful MIND: 3 Keys

We all have a mind, the energy of our mental bodies. This place is the beginning of all creation. When we are victims and servants to our mind, we feel helpless to our unconscious habits, patterns and behaviours, humans are naturally creatures of habit, habits in our thoughts become our feelings and then actions and they inevitably become our results. In our life we want the best, so why would we not harness a powerful tool of our own minds to create all that we can think of.

Our unconscious mind is so powerful, it decides that our body will work and keep us alive, the way we see the world, what things we allow in and out of our mind, what we will actually see (we have a delete, distort and generalize filter in our minds).

Key 1: Joining together with Like minded people –

In our own minds we can fall victim to programming, but with our choice in awareness to observe and utilize the mind as a part of our experience and potential for actions and creation. We can become a master of the mind. When we choose to put our thoughts and feelings to good use and come together with others of like mind, anything we can dream of and imagination is possible.

So why not think of goodness in the future, think of peace and fun, health and vitality. We can all come together as a community and share our natural gifts and creativity to grow and evolve for this earth, for each other and most importantly for ourselves.

If you ever have had a fantasy about having things better, brighter, more colorful, more vibrant and more friendly, you are the main component to making this happen in the world. Then connect to other people wanting to see this happen and the world we see before us becomes a much better place.

We do not need to be told or be saved to create what we want in this place, we just need to choose that what is in our mind and choices is what creates the world we all live in, it is with in all of us to take that step, to see what we can really do, use our minds and thoughts for greatness, for peace, for love and for creating an amazing future for us, our families, children, loved one and each other.

The earth does not need us, we need it for our bodies survival, what can you do to be a part of something brighter being created? Our Mother Earth deserves us to start taking responsibility for the place we live.

Key 2: Setting your thoughts to higher places –

Our thoughts hold our biggest creative power, all man made things and actions start in thought. If we raise our awareness to be present to our thoughts, we can begin to choose them again. Than once we of our own will raise them up to goodness. We become of noble and divine nature. To create from love, with highest intent and vibration. As our creator, we become master architects for us and our world.

That is our connection and likeness to our father. To heaven and all the universe and multiverses. All creates, all is in all. We can harness such true potential and power, through the self mastery and focused energy of the mind.

So powerful we can be, to even create physical form from the mind. When our vibration is in love, and this speeds up. The process of thought to physical becomes much faster.

Key 3: Reflection, Meditation and Stillness of the Mind –

As we stop from our busy lives of chaos and allow all intrusions and imbalances to pass us by, we find a place of peace within, where we can let go of the ego stories and guilt and shame programed deep within.

In a place of humble and silent observation we can begin to see the false, allowing it to melt away and to feel clearer and lighter, we will then rise up and be given graces, to endure any struggle and to feel equipped.

We from a place of inner knowing, can be inspired clearly to create, our focus of laser strength to manifest so fast and to have our hearts purest intention be created in our outside mirror. To truly find this inner stillness takes a little time but the first steps are to choose and commit to you.

Through meditation, or a like practice of stillness, focused and disciplined intentions we can learn to master our minds and create amazing things in ourselves and our lives, you can draw, or write, or sit in silence. Having an anchor or something to hold your focus is so important, like a mantra or affirmation to repeat, a candle to look at, a prayer to say, a photo to look at, something which you can bring your attention back to and over time the mind will still for longer periods.

The routine is called Morning Pages, and people ranging from journalist Oliver Burkeman to entrepreneur Tim Ferriss say it’s changed their lives.

 Morning Pages have emerged as a beloved ritual in the years since author Julia Cameron shared the practice in her 1992 book about creativity, The Artist’s Way. Cameron explains that she took up writing each morning after directing a film that was badly received. Filled with self-doubt and creatively blocked, she needed a way to get her artist mojo back. Morning Pages turned out to be it.
 

Cameron was living in Mexico, recovering from her troubled experience with the movie business and trying to figure out what she might do instead. Writing each morning became her pastime, she says, “something to do instead of staring at the mountain all the time.”
